How returns work
Send us a message through the contact page with your order number. We reply within one business day with return instructions.
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your unit arrives damaged or develops a fault within the return window, contact us with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not pay return shipping.
